Joseph McDonald MS, RRT is currently the Associate Director at Upstate Medical University and Golisano Children’s Hospital. AARC member for 20+ years. Past NYSSRC activities include Regional Director, Completed Presidential Track in 2015. Served on many committees including Seminar, Awards, and Public Relations. Past Chair of Turning Stone Conference and Managers and Educators Conference. Education included AAS in Respiratory Care, BS in Advanced Cardio-Respiratory Science, and MS degree in Health Services Management & Policy. Currently I serve as the treasurer and a delegate for the United University Professional union.
