Brandi received her Bachelors of Science degree in Respiratory Care from Quinnipiac College in 2000 and Masters of Science in Respiratory Care Leadership degree from Northeastern University in 2013. She currently serves as the Regional Director of Respiratory Services for St. Peter’s Health Partners in Albany and St. Joseph’s Health in Syracuse, New York. She oversees Respiratory Therapy, Pulmonary Function, Neurodiagnostic, Sleep Medicine, Pulmonary and Cardiac Rehabilitation services at seven locations across Central New York and the Capital District. She previously served as the Manager of Respiratory Therapy at St. Peter’s Hospital and as a staff Respiratory Therapist at St. Peter’s and Glens Falls Hospitals. She has been a RT and AARC member for 24 years. She is a member of: North Country Tobacco Treatment Network, Hudson Valley Community College Advisory Board, Trinity Health Pulmonary and Critical Care Clinical Excellence Council, Capital Region Health Systems Tobacco Cessation Program, Asthma Coalition of the Capital Region, Project Management Institute, and Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals speakers bureau. Research interests include value-based care, asthma education, therapist driven protocols, comparative effects of devices, and quality improvement initiatives. She is currently the President for NYSSRC, has served as the Vice President, as the Northeast Regional Director, and is a Co-Chair of the Public Relations and Society Affairs and Awards committees.
