The New York State Society for Respiratory Care is pleased to announce a special election for the role of President-Elect. We eagerly anticipate everyone’s participation, as it is crucial for the ongoing development of our Board. Voting is of utmost importance, and we urge you to cast your vote for the uncontested position, in compliance with our bylaws that stipulate a minimum participation rate for a legitimate election. Voting commences on September 1 and concludes at 11:59 PM on September 30. The record date is set for August 15, meaning all active AARC members as of that date, holding New York State addresses, are entitled to vote.
A write-in option will be provided. The winner of this election will become a member of the board and will attend the subsequent meeting after the election.
